takes love and courage.
Our winery is a purely family-run business and is intended to remain so. The size of 13 hectares allows us to continue carrying out the important work in the vineyards ourselves – in the traditional way, by hand. We carefully tend and care for the vines, laying the essential foundation for the high quality of our grapes.
Our grape varieties:
Red: Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir, Roesler, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah
White: Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Scheurebe, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Yellow Muscat
In the wine cellar, things become more modern – and bolder. We aim to keep evolving, combining the strengths of traditional viticulture with the innovative power of state-of-the-art winemaking. The result is harmonious wines that are unique in their character.
We are
part of it.
DAC stands for “Districtus Austriae Controllatus” and is the official legal seal for particularly region-typical quality wines. The core idea of this designation of origin is to link the taste of the wine with the landscape it comes from and to vinify a wine that expresses the uniqueness of its region.
are our wines.

only handcraft counts.
We have great respect for nature and treat it with care and consideration. Not only is vineyard maintenance done by hand, but the harvest is also carried out entirely in the traditional way. This means the first quality selection already takes place in the vineyard, ensuring that only the finest grapes make it into our cellar.
Our vineyards are located around Mönchhof, at the gateway to the Seewinkel. Austria’s warmest wine-growing region is characterized by highly diverse terroirs. On the northern sites near the Parndorf Plain we grow our red grape varieties, while the white grapes thrive better in the southern vineyards.
harmony prevails.
A good wine needs plenty of time – and even more intuition. Thanks to the mild climate and long growing season, our grapes absorb the minerals of the soil particularly well and are also rich in fruit and aromatic compounds. This potential deserves to be fully realized.
Visit us and get to know our lively, fruit-forward white wines and wonderfully full-bodied red wines in the cozy atmosphere of our tasting room.
Knowledge, experience, and patience are our tools as winemakers. But the courage to innovate is the secret of our success. Just as wine evolves, we want to keep evolving as well. This driving force continually gives rise to new, harmonious wines with a distinctive character in our modern stainless steel tanks and high-quality barrique barrels.
