Not only is vineyard maintenance done by hand, but the harvest is also carried out entirely in the traditional way. This means the first quality selection already takes place in the vineyard, ensuring that only the finest grapes make it into our cellar.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n Our vineyards are located around M\u00f6nchhof, at the gateway to the Seewinkel. Austria\u2019s warmest wine-growing region is characterized by highly diverse terroirs.
